Shoes Exchange Policy

Don't let ill-fitting shoes ruin your day! With our exchange policy, you're covered.

Eligible for exchange if shoes don't fit, here is the terms and conditions:

• FREE exchange of size within 2 days of receipt.
• Request for exchange via WhatsApp (0166289895) with preferred size (one size larger or smaller only).
• Each order is limited to one exchange request only.
• Only for customers who purchased online through www.futsal-shoes.com
• Returns must be in original, unworn condition with security tag attached.
• Returns without original security tag or damaged tag may not qualify for exchange and will be returned without exchanging.
• Processing time for return and exchange is 3-5 business days.
• Customer pays for return shipping costs, Figos covers shipping for newly exchanged item.
• Transaction considered closed after Figos completes exchange and return services.
• No further requests entertained after completion of exchange and return services.
